MSW Student Is Awarded Postgraduate Fellowship
Congratulations to Candis-Monique Hardin, a MSW student in the School of Social Work, for being awarded the Department of Veterans Affair 2018-2019 Rural & Undeserved Inter-professional Postgraduate funded Fellowship. She will obtain training across traditional medical and mental health clinics and across community outpatient clinic facilities at the Behavioral Health Service Line at the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System in Pensacola, Florida.

Rehabilitation & Mental Health Counseling Program Director Selected For Fulbright Award
Congratulations to RMHC Program Director Dr. Chih-Chin Chou for being selected for the prestigious J. William Fulbright Scholarship award! She will conduct research in Taiwan that will address the needs of the indigenous Taiwanese population with disabilities. Read more.

Over the past two weeks, Dean Serovich has been conducting unit tours and gave out hand sanitizer to thank employees for giving to the USF Faculty/Staff Campaign. Supports faculty research and development, student loans, receptions for students and professionals who volunteer time for lectures, field training supervision, and other professional and training benefits not currently provided by the university.

Supports departmental activities related to recruitment efforts, guest lecturers, receptions, and other non E&G funded activities.

Through your contribution of the items below, we will be able to once again support Saint Francis Society Animal Rescue and Guardian Angel Dog Rescue. Saint Francis Society Animal Rescue is an all-volunteer team dedicated to rescuing homeless cats and dogs by providing health care and placement. Supplies are collected and distributed among different foster homes. Guardian Angel Dog Rescue is dedicated to rescuing dogs and cats from euthanasia.
