CBCS Employee Recognition Award Program (RAP) Nominations Being Accepted

The CBCS Employee Recognition Award Program (RAP) recognizes Administrative, Staff and OPS/Temporary personnel employees with at least one year of service, and a performance rating of satisfactory, for their outstanding contributions/achievements. Nominations will be accepted beginning February 26th through the deadline date of March 13th. Two recipients will each receive an award of $750.00. More information about the program and nomination forms can be found here. Completed nomination packages should be sent directly to Wendy Stoneman-Shelby at MHC 1133 or via email to wendys1@usf.edu. The honorees will be presented at the Faculty & Staff Assembly on April 17th.

Nominations are Now Open for the CBCS Student Employee of the Year Award

Supervisors may nominate student employees whom they feel warrant particular recognition for their performance on the job. In order to be eligible for consideration, student employees must have worked a minimum of six months part-time (or three months full-time), during the selection period of this year which is June 2019 - May 2020 Nominees are not restricted to students employed through the Federal Work Study program. All student employees in the USF system, both undergraduate and graduate students, are eligible for consideration. Nominations will be judged on the following characteristics: reliability, quality of work, initiative, professionalism, and the uniqueness of the student's contribution to the employer. The CBCS Student Employee Week Planning Committee will select 2 recipients of the award - one FWSP or student assistant AND one graduate assistant. the official nomination form can be downloaded here.

Deadline for submissions is March 18, 2020 at 5:00pm.
